# What you'll need:

→ Fruit

01 - 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed (approximately half a medium pineapple)

→ Liquids

02 - 1 cup coconut water
03 - 1 cup cold water
04 - 1/2 cup canned coconut milk, full-fat or light

→ Sweetener

05 - 2 to 3 tablespoons agave syrup or honey, to taste

→ Citrus

06 - Juice of 1 lime

→ Ice & Garnish

07 - 1 cup ice cubes
08 - Pineapple wedges and fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Add pineapple cubes, coconut water, cold water, coconut milk, agave syrup or honey, and lime juice to a blender.
02 - Process on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
03 - Taste the mixture and modify sweetness as needed, adding more syrup if desired.
04 - Optional: Pass the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
05 - Add ice cubes to the pitcher or directly to individual glasses.
06 - Pour the beverage over ice and garnish with pineapple wedges and fresh mint leaves if desired.
07 - Serve immediately, well chilled.
